From operator to founder
What changes when you go from running systems for other organizations to building your own.
Shafali Shah is an executive operator, people leader, and founder who has spent nearly two decades building the systems behind high-performing organizations. Today, she is bringing that experience to Innerbliss — a wellness company born from a deeply personal search for support, community, and a gentler way through grief.
Shafali’s career has lived at the intersection of people, operations, finance, culture, and executive leadership. She has led global operations, partnered closely with CEOs and senior teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, built talent and HR programs, guided cross-functional teams, and translated complex business realities into clear action.
That operator’s mindset now shapes how she approaches entrepreneurship: stay close to the human problem, build with discipline, and create something people can genuinely trust.
“Innerbliss started with a simple question: where do you go when you need support, but you don’t want to go through the hard moment alone?”
The founder story behind InnerblissAfter losing her dad, Shafali went looking for support that felt human, accessible, and honest. She wanted a place to process what she was feeling, connect with people who understood, and show up without pressure. When she couldn’t find the community she was seeking, she decided to build it.
Innerbliss pairs private daily journaling with live Community Circles — drop-in audio rooms where people can talk with others walking the same road, or simply listen. Gentle AI reflections, quick mood check-ins, and guided journeys are designed to make support feel lighter, warmer, and easier to return to.
Small enough for the hard days. Human enough to feel like company.
Shafali is available for keynotes, panels, fireside chats, podcasts, and founder conversations on leadership, operations, workplace culture, grief, and building from lived experience.
